Testimonials

Just wanted to say I enjoyed the course. On Monday I took my 5 yr old son on the Old Trafford Tour. I've attached my favourite photo based on some on the concepts discussed...

Just wanted to drop a quick email to say how much me, Hems and Lou enjoyed the course. We learnt a lot and its now up to us to practice it before we forget!

Its inspired me to take it further and I'm already looking to see what steps/courses I can look at next!

Just a quick note to thank you very much for a most enjoyable few hours at Delamere yesterday.

I'll definitely have another try at using slow shutter speeds more, despite a rather daft dislike of tripods.

Kind regards,

Rod Burkey

Thank you for a brilliant photograph workshop yesterday in Buxton.  Alicia and I really enjoyed the whole day and feel we have learnt so much and can't wait to take more photographs.

The whole day went so quickly and you explained it all so clearly and in such a way that I felt totally at ease.  We will be in touch again soon to book our next course.

Thank you and best wishes.

Dear Charles,

Thank you for your most kind comments about my picture of the Air Forces Memorial. By the time I got there, I was pretty wet and just hoping for "an image" to catch. I'd taken some "okay" shots of the figures in the main area by the obelisk, but I did find the Air Forces Memorial extremely striking complete with the roundel and of course the bird. The visitor standing there completed the shot, and I wondered if he was a veteran of the Air Force. I should have asked!

Thanks for providing the workshops which I've found very good fun, and the elements provided a challenge yesterday I might not otherwise have bothered with, but I'm so glad I did.

Kind regards,

Rod.

Yes thanks I got the zip, thanks again for yesterday it was very helpful and gave me just the information I needed to get me going.

The only complaint is I still don't know which camera to buy!!!  Lol

Thanks again.

Very best regards.

Rob Oakes.

Many thanks to Charles and Lorna for another enjoyable day at Delamere on 4th June for the Level Three Workshop. Getting to grips with fill-in flash and reflectors taught me quite a lot and also the creative use of slow shutter speeds with flash.  Would love to experience more days with Cream. Attached: three low resolution pictures from the day.

Kindest regards,

Rod.

I have been meaning to drop you a line to say a big thankyou & to pass on our appreciation to Lorna, who was both encouraging & inspiring (& made it all fun too!).

I learned a lot from the day, although I don't know if my photos actually reflect that just yet!

All the best

Sarah

The Tutor was very good and took time out to explain things in detail, even where perhaps when the questions I asked were quite basic! The Tutor was very well organised, Ive definitley improved my skills, overall the Workshop was excellent value for money.
